Can I start using Search immediately?
Trial requests are open. Send your store details by email to discuss access and setup. Sending a request does not install the app or activate a paid plan.
Which Shopify themes are supported?
The documented integration uses Online Store 2.0 themes, an app embed and optional app blocks. Contact us with your theme name to discuss your setup.
How does setup work?
Connect your store, sync the product catalogue, enable the IntentSea Search & Filters app embed in the theme editor and save. Check the search experience on your storefront.
What if products do not appear?
Check the catalogue sync status, that products are active and published, and that the app embed is enabled in your theme.
Can I bring settings from another app?
Import supports previewing synonym groups, search redirects and stop words from CSV or JSON. Filters, product pins and other app-specific settings cannot be imported.
Is AI automatically enabled?
No. AI features have plan-specific allowances and a separate controlled experiment. A product access request or paid-plan trial does not automatically enable AI for all shoppers.
Does Search provide restocking recommendations?
Sourcing and restocking are research directions. These capabilities are not available yet and have no launch date.
