Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Annual billing is one payment per year. A trial request does not activate a subscription. Review billing terms in Shopify before accepting.
Before you choose
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Product and search limits are soft. Search continues and the app admin shows an upgrade banner.
What does the 14-day trial mean?
Starter, Growth, Pro and Scale include a 14-day free trial. This paid-plan trial is separate from requesting product access and from an AI experiment. Review the billing approval in Shopify before accepting a paid subscription.
What happens when I downgrade?
Saved settings are kept. Paid features become read-only and stop being served until the store upgrades again.
How do AI allowances work?
Monthly model call allowances are Growth 300, Pro 1,500 and Scale 6,000. Free and Starter include no model calls. Background jobs and model-generated Help answers share the allowance. Ordinary search continues when the allowance is reached.
